Why a county can be limited

A small county may simply issue few permits of these types. A county can also be limited when its building departments do not send their permits to the public sources PermitMiner reads.

Iron County is the main example. Few building permits from Iron County or Cedar City reach the State Construction Registry, the main public source PermitMiner reads, so few Iron County records appear here.
