- Yes. The Scout plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You need a credit card on file to start, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then. Pro and Outreach bill from day one, and you can upgrade from Scout whenever you are ready.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual plans are priced at ten months, so you get two months free versus paying monthly. You are billed once for the year and can still cancel at the end of the term. Monthly billing is available on every plan if you prefer to stay flexible.
- What counties are included on the Scout plan?
- Scout covers one Utah county of your choice, from all 29 counties statewide. Your county locks in on Scout, so contact support to change it. Pro and Outreach open every county in one view.
- How fresh is the permit data?
- New permits appear in PermitMiner the same day they post to the public record. Ingestion runs automatically several times a day across all 29 Utah counties, so your leads stay current without any manual work.
- How does in-app outreach work?
- On the Outreach plan you send a personalized intro to a builder in one click. It goes out from PermitMiner with your email as the reply-to, so responses land directly in your inbox, and sending a lead marks that contractor contacted so you never double-touch them.
- Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
