- How does the Gmail outreach automation work?
- On the Outreach plan, you connect your Google account through OAuth. PermitMiner queues personalized intro emails and sends them via the Gmail API. Responses come back to your inbox directly. We never store your email credentials.
- What if a contact email bounces?
- Bounces are automatically recorded and the contact is flagged in your report. We remove that email from future sequences and note the bounce in the confidence data so you know to find an alternative.
- Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
